Providing you with a safe space to connect with your roots

Mental health is not just cognitive, it is affected by everything and everyone around us. We believe in using the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and respect for nature to reconnect with our roots and to the Earth.

In-person and telehealth options

Our office is conveniently located in Ballard. Can’t make it into the office? We are able to offer telehealth therapy, in most cases.

Hello! I am so happy you found my page and Tahomaglow Healing and Therapy Collective. I am a solo practitioner that has big dreams for this practice and for the populations I wanted to support. Therapy to me is not just healthcare, it’s self-care. It is something we do for ourselves even after the storm has passed. As a Latina, second-generation immigrant, I grew up with the belief that mental health was not a thing and that the only people who went to therapy or took meds were “crazy”. It took a long time to break apart that belief and eventually brought me here. I wanted to become the therapist I needed when I was struggling the most. If you can relate or if anything on this page resonates with you, contact me today!
