COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
What most people think of when they think of “talk therapy”. It is the used to change negative thought patterns and explore the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. It is a combination of coping techniques, homework, supportive reflection, and psychoeducation.
NATURE-INFORMED THERAPY
Combines the healing qualities of nature and the natural world with other treatment modalities like CBT and EMDR. It incorporates nature into mindfulness, somatic experiences, and enhances treatment by tapping into our intrinsic need to be in the natural world.
DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT)
